Due to the weather forecast for Thursday, September 3rd, the Wisner - Pilger Cross Country Meet will be moved to Thursday morning at 9:30 am. It will take place at Wisner River Park in Wisner instead of the golf course at Beemer.
9:30 am - Girls Varsity/JV race
10:15 am - Boys Varsity/JV race
11:00 am - Girls JH race
11:20 am - Boys JH race

The Blue River Panthers are your NEN tournament champions! The Panthers defeated O'Neil, Malcolm, and Boone Central to capture the championship.
The Cross Country Team ran well today at the Dale Nielsen Invitational. Multiple runners improved their time from last year. The girls finished 5th overall and the boys finished 2nd overall with 3 top 10 finishers. We also had a top 5 finisher in the Junior High race.
Positive things in the Season Opener against the Longhorns. Back to work tomorrow. 🙌🏻
Panthers sweep both the JV and varsity games against Arlington. JV won 5-1 and the varsity was victorious by a score of 14-0.

Panthers take down Boone Central by a score of 11-4. The Panthers scored 7 runs in the bottom of the 6th and shut down the Cardinals in the 7th to move to 4-2 on the season.

The 5th and 6th graders kicked off their soybean unit with a trip to Dobesh farms with a hands-on presentation from Dustin Dobesh and Hefty agronomist, Dylan Codr. Students learned about soybean planting, harvest, pests, and disease.
As we prepare to host events at the High School in Brainard. We will be utilizing two entrances for activities. The normal north activities entrance, but also the south commons entrance. Please enter through one of those two entrances to support our student-athletes. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. GO TIGERS!!!

Panthers end the day 1-2 at the North Bend Invite. Panthers lost the 1st game 4-2 against Central City, defeated Fort Calhoun 13-11, and dropped t a close one 7-6 to GACC. Tessa had 2 💣s on the day!
The Cross Country team did a practice run of the Seward course today to get prepared for competition. Dairy Queen may have been a motivator for some runners…. Come cheer on the team next Thursday at Timber Point!
