Congratulations on the Blue River Wrestling Team's 3rd place finish at the Malcolm Invitational on Saturday. EB junior Jessi Hasenkamp earned 3rd place at 140. Other medalist are Laylani Kasik (DC), Grace Eickmeier (DC), & Loralie Logan (S-RC) earning 4th, 2nd & 3rd respectively.

Congratulations to Keigan Kocian, at 106, and Trenton Van Veldhuizen, at 113, for placing 4th at the Burwell Invitational on Friday.

The boys wrestling team cheered on the Huskers as they faced Wyoming and Northern Iowa on Saturday. The team is pictured with Bubba Wilson, who put on a camp the past 2 summers at East Butler. Bubba and the Huskers got two wins on the day!

Congratulations to the boys wrestling team for placing 4th out of 14 teams at the Fillmore Central Holiday Tournament in Geneva. Individual medalists were Keigan Kocian 2nd at 106, Vincent Vandenberg 5th at 106, Trenton Van Veldhuizen 2nd at 113, Tristan Kocian 4th at 120, Kale Glasshoff 6th at 126, Dane Sova 5th at 138, Rocco Hageman 2nd at 165 and Dylan Klement 2nd at 190.

The East Butler wrestling team showed their support for Fillmore Central head wrestling coach and East Butler alumni Ryan Komenda. He has been battling a life-threatening infection.
