This year’s meet at Timber Point was the inaugural Dale Nielsen Invitational. Thanks to all the staff and parents who came out to help with the meet and cheer on the team.

The EB Girls Cross Country Team placed tied for 3rd and the Boys placed 3rd today at Timber Point.
Medalists:
- Girls: Malorie Spatz - 9th, Kate Janak - 10th, Nevayla Hilton - 12th
- Boys: Isaiah Coufal - 12th, Anthony Sesemann - 15th
- Junior High: Isaiah Hilton - 4th
They will be running next week at the Wisner-Pilger meet. Great Job Tigers!
The Tiger Den will have its 1st pop-up shop of the school year on September 6th during the football game! The construction class made hand-made pumpkins which will be sold at the pop-up shop.
The softball games for tomorrow have been moved up with the varsity starting at 3:00 and jv to follow.
Dwight kindergarten have been having fun finding lots of fun creatures at recess time! Their favorite was the squirrel! 🐿️ 🐛 🐸

Due to the potential for severe weather Thursday afternoon, the cross country meet at Timber Point has been moved up to a 9:30 A.M. start on Thursday. The schedule will be as follows:
9:30 AM Junior High
10:00 HS girls
10:45 Hs boys

The softball team went 2-1 today bringing home 3rd place at the North Bend tournament.
The EB Cross Country Team went to Seward today to run time trials at the Plum Creek Park course.
Dwight Prek 3 year olds learned a new skill this week. Every snack we fill our own cups with milk. They are capable of amazing things with enough patience and a bit of instruction.
English 7 students took control of their learning this week. Groups created lessons to instruct their classmates on specific types of nouns, presented the lessons using Google Slides, and assessed their classmates' learning with worksheets written by the group.
Dwight kindergarten used their 5 senses like real scientists and made popcorn today!
