East Butler Foundation 4x4 Scholar Award
In an effort to acknowledge students who excel in the classroom, the Foundation created the East Butler Foundation 4x4 Scholar Award. Recipients of this award must receive all A's, for all semesters, for all years in courses that count for high school graduation credit.
In addition to the above-mentioned guideline, the following also applies:
- Students must complete their entire senior year at East Butler.
- Students who come to East Butler via transfer or school mergers must document all A's in their home school. In the event a grading scale cannot be determined, grades will be viewed through the East Butler grading policy.
- Passing grades indicated by the grade P will not be counted against a student.
The recipients' senior photos, name, and graduating year are placed on a metal photo plate and included on a 20" x 32" plaque located by the activities entrance at East Butler High School.
The Foundation is extremely excited about this award and congratulates all recipients!
